Thank you for scheduling an appointment with the dental clinic. In order to best serve you as well as the student hygienists, we request that you follow a few guidelines regarding your appointment time:
- Please be punctual. If you are running late, call to let us know when you expect to arrive.
- If you can only attend a portion of your appointment, please let the student hygienist know when you arrive.
- If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance, or as soon as possible.
- When you cancel or miss an appointment the student hygienist receives a zero grade if they cannot find a replacement.
