Thank you for choosing the Oregon Tech Dental Hygiene Clinic for your oral health care needs. Our focus is preventive care. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of patient care in a learning environment.
All new patients to the clinic begin with two appointments. The first appointment involves a personalized consultation to evaluate general and oral health status. New patient consultations typically last 1.5 hours. Following your new patient consultation you will be scheduled with a dental hygiene student that can best meet your needs. The second appointment involves cleaning your teeth. Treatment appointments last approximately three hours. Please be aware that the dental clinic is a teaching facility, so you may need to return for more than one appointment in order to complete your treatment.
Please bring the following items with you to your first appointment:
- Completed forms (available on this website or by mail)
- Dental insurance card, if applicable
- List of medications including dosage
If you have had x-rays taken in the last twelve months, please ask your dentist to e-mail them to dentalhygiene@oit.edu.
